See “The Seussification of Romeo & Juliet” tonight

By Vanessa Turrubiartes, Hydeia Wilfong,
Garinger is having a performance of “The Suessification of Romeo & Juliet”  Friday, May 16, in Garinger’s auditorium. The play will be directed by Sidney Horton from the Charlotte’s Children’s Theatre, and produced by Garinger’s own Mrs. Buczek and Mrs. Watson.

“It will be a short play,”  it’s more of a comedy and more exciting and interesting than the original by William Shakespeare, according to Gibby Gibson, who plays Romeo.

Friday night students and staff will have to pay an admission of $2 but kids of staff will enter free. Donations will also be accepted. They will be contributed into next year’s performances and the building of the new theater program.

Everybody is invited and  welcome.

Doors will open at 5:45 p.m. and the play will begin at 6 p.m.
